Brian (Dinny) Dinsdale has been bringing together jazz musicians to play traditional jazz, swing, blues and Dixie land jazz with him for over 25 years. The assembled band (Dinny and The All Stars) showcases members' talents, creating an exciting stage presence that gets accompanied by toe tapping and dancing on the dance floor by the audience.
Dinny and The All Stars recently delighted crowds at Sticky Fingers, The Lancaster Jazz Club and the Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival. Last Gig at The Lanc ++ 12th May 2012 ++ 2-5pm
This is the very last gig for our bands at The Lanc Smokehouse and we are inviting any musicians to come and join in with us for a jam session in the last set and to sit in with our band. It is a sad day for all of The Lanc Jazz fans, We are moving to a new location. The Legion just up the street from The Lanc. We are honoured to be playing for the last day there and would really like to see a good farewell.
